"I had to send back a small item..."
I had to send back a small item because I’d managed to order the wrong size. I was bracing myself for the usual return drama, but it was all shockingly simple. The instructions were easy to follow, and the refund landed back with me way faster than I expected. No chasing, no stress, no tiny customer-service saga unfolding in my inbox. Massive relief. I’d definitely order from mighty-small.co.uk again.

"Got it sorted in the end"
It took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, and I do expect order issues to be handled promptly, but they did get it fixed in the end. Not perfect, but I appreciate that they followed through.

I’ve ordered from here a few times now, i don’t really see the issue some people might have. My parcels have always shown up quickly, and the little figures were packed properly each time. Maybe I’ve just had good luck, but I’ve got no complaints so far.

I ordered a few small bits from mighty-small.co.uk and, i was happy with the shipping cost. It wasn’t like some sites where the postage suddenly jumps up at checkout. The price was fair and clear before I paid, and my order arrived fine too. No complaints from me, I’d use them again.

I picked up this tiny car model and, to be honest, I mostly cared about the paint, badges, and whether the proportions looked right. On those details, it really impressed me. The scale feels accurate and the little touches are better than I expected. Delivery was fine too, no issues there. I’m happy with it and would definitely buy another.

The tracking was fine once it updated, but I did find the communication a bit unclear at first, which was slightly annoying because I wasn’t sure what was happening with the order.
